Our second time staying at this beautiful home, it’s always such a relaxing time. Close to the beach and Emerald Isle, we always love it here!!

Perfect

The hosts were very responsive and very hospitable. We checked in a lot later than expected and they were very accommodating. The place was spacious even though it was compact and quaint. It was very clean and they made everything understandable so that nothing was left to the imagination. We absolutely loved it. we loved it so much that out intended fishing trip was canceled and we stayed in and enjoyed the getaway. We would definitely rent John and Misty's place again. You earned those 5 stars easily

We had a wonderful stay! The RV was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the hosts communicated clearly and shared helpful recommendations for things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. The location is great—quiet and peaceful, but still an easy drive to Emerald Isle, Beaufort, and Morehead City, making it a perfect base for exploring the coast. The bed was very comfortable and the RV had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also traveled with our dogs and they loved the space as well. As race fans, we thought it was pretty neat that there’s a small hometown racetrack right down the street. Overall, this was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Jonathan RV home was amazing close to the race track, he is amazing host every time I called him for anything since it was my first time staying in in the RV, He responded quickly very flexible and was willing to accommodate me in anyway since I had to stay a little bit longer highly recommend to stay here and the cleaning lady Jessica was awesome. It felt like home didn’t even wanna come home. The neighbors are very friendly.

It was a phenomenal stay, the place fulfilled everything mentioned above in the description, I recommend 100% the place for those who want to stay in a place of tranquility.

We needed place to relax and rest after camping at the beach. Jonathan's place was perfect---far enough away from cars and traffic, yet just a short drive to restaurants and stores. We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and the thoroughly well-equipped kitchen was by far the best we've seen---complete and new---not secondhand store hand-me-downs. The kitchen even included a nice assortment of condiments and seasonings. Price was very reasonable for a 10 minute drive to the NC beach. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, exactly what I was looking for

We stayed here at the end of a long vacation so we could drop off our son to camp nearby. The place was cozy and fun! Games were provided in the cabinet. Great for all ages. We have a permanent camper at another location so we were used to the campground experience. It was fun staying in another camper and experiencing a fifth wheel!

We loved the RV, but only noticed a couple minor issues. The floor in the bathroom is very weak around the vent and the recessed area above the bed is tricky. I bumped my head on it several times forgetting it was there. Besides that it was wonderful and I’d rent again for sure!

Johnathan is an excellent host and the RV was perfect for my families 4 night stay. It was clean and perfectly matched the description. Johnathan was very responsive and proactive to any issues that arose. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and wanting to be close to emerald isle beach.

Loved staying here, came here with some college friends to visit emerald isle and loved the peaceful neighborhood it was in. The RV was amazing and more spacious than we expected and very clean. Host was very nice and very quick to respond to any question. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. My family of 4 was visiting family about an hour away the morning of our stay and this allowed us to stay overnight and enjoy the beach without breaking the bank. It was nice to be able to cook in instead of eating out.

This RV is a little "home away from home"! Super clean with everything you need to enjoy your trip. It is located in a small, quiet RV park about a 10-15 minute drive from the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there is a grill and a chiminea-style fire pit outside. We came here on short notice, and Jon and Misty were very nice and gave us good instructions on how to get in. Would stay here again! :)

This RV is so cozy, very charming and super clean, we enjoyed so much our time here, and is very near to the beach.

This camper was exactly as described and sooooo comfortable. I loved the layout and how each space felt like its own. The park where it is located is super quiet and you are 5 minutes from everything. Plenty of room to park our boat and truck. Overall great experience!

Spacious, felt at home, & easy to get a hold of. "The usually responds in 8hrs" prompt when booking is incorrect, as they responded within the hour of the request. They thought of everything, so you may pack light for this stay. Thoughtful work into the design & amenities!

Excellent hosts! Small in space, but private, clean, & friendly/safe location! If you are of the big & tall people's group in body size, I would ask someone who knows about the specifics of this camper before booking, as it may be too small for larger sized individuals as I am 5' 8" & only about 125 lbs, & it was even hard for me, space-wise, to move free, in the bathroom, or walkways, pretty tight! However, this is a known detail, standard, for this property designed for camping, traveling, or vacation, as it's primary purpose of use. :) I just wanted to be helpful in a real review to mention this, for those who are searching a stay, & this applies. But this is no reflection of the wonderful hosting here, fullness of furnishings/bedding, dishes, (even spices available at the stove)! Other than that side note on space, I slept like a newborn baby at night, & 2 tvs available if you don't want to watch what the living space is watching :P

The stay was just what was needed! Jonathan was an excellent "super" host and his place has already been recommended and will continue to be. If you need to be in that area for work and/or pleasure, definitely check his place out. You won't be disappointed. Everything was just as decsribed. The RV was very well stocked and peaceful. The location was great with many beaches, restaurants, and things to do not far away. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. We are hoping to check out some of his other homes away from home! Thanks for helping us make our birthdays and Spring Break awesome!

We had a great stay at Jon’s RV it really is quite spacious inside and my husband and I were very comfortable. Jon was very responsive whenever we had a question/concern and responded to everything in a super timely manner, he even gave some local restaurant recommendations that were fantastic. Super close to Emerald Isle and a short trip from New Bern, both super cute towns to visit! They had coffee available in the RV and some snacks and water as well! And TVs were super nice to wind down and watch at the end of the day.. they even had a few board games that my husband and I enjoyed (I rained champion) 9/10 lol! Overall a great stay if you’re in the area.

The RV had everything you could want. It was clean and very comfortable. All of the necessities and extras were neatly stored and easily found. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

we were in Florida visiting family. and have family in near by Morehead City, so this was a great break for us about half way home to PA.

Came into town for the Croatan Buck Fifty gravel race. Jonathan’s place was great! Easy check-in, clean, nice and cozy and was 1 minute from the start. Made for a great relaxing day before the race. Definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.

Our stay was super quiet and nice for a one night stay. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for, so don’t expect a super comfy night of sleep 😂 I loved sitting on the rockers though in the evening and it was a super close location to get to downtown swansboro.

We had an awesome stay at Jonathan's property. The unit was gorgeous & exceptionally clean. There was an abundance of cooking utensils and cookware, more than the units where I have stayed before. It truly felt like our home away from home. The community where the unit was located, was very quiet and peaceful! We will definitely go back for another get away!

Jonathan's place is great for a budget friendly get away. The property is well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the streaming already on both TV's was awesome.

Was a great stay in the camper. It was cold outside but the camper stayed warm. fire pit outside was a great touch!

Our eleven year old son said, "It was very neat (tidy), very cool... Great place for an adventure. The Christmas tree was really cute." He liked how everything folded away. Our adult daughter loved that they took time to decorate for Christmas and leave out special Christmas snacks. Everybody was delighted and said it was "Like a doll house!" Jonathan and Misty were very kind and willing to help with all of our specific questions and needs.

I stayed here two nights while hiking 32 miles on North Carolina's "Mountains to the Sea Trail." That route goes right by Jonathan's place and made for a perfect stop-over between the two days of hiking. It was comfortable and clean--and I really appreciated the hot shower and then lots of on-screen options for a pleasant evening relaxing. I had a little trouble getting the oven to start, but Jonathan was super-responsive and helpful. That little oven runs HOT, so don't scorch your pizza! I'll be recommending this location to other MST through-hikers, for sure.

It was perfect. Honestly more than what i needed but for the price, it was an unbeatable deal.

Was working out of town and saved me money driving back and forth. Also much easier and cheaper than hotels.

The host was very flexible with us during our stay. He went above and beyond to accommodate any changes we had to make during a stressful home buying experience. I would highly recommend this property and/or using him as a host at his other properties. The camper felt very cozy and warm. Having all of the streaming services already on the tv was another awesome amenity. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Place was as described. We liked having the 2 TVs. Pots and pans were really nice . He had a chimeney and grill which we unfortunately did not get to use We were lacking a hairdryer which was listed under amenities. He had games there and some children toys. Was very comfortable. We enjoyed using Netflix and Disney channel. For the future I believe it would be nice to have a toaster and Crock-Pot. We also enjoyed the snacks and coffee. I would recommend his place. Very comfortable for 2. Oh and I forgot to mention that the bed was very comfortable.

Cheap place , perfect for couples who are just looking for a quick trip, if you are use to or have ever stayed in a camper. Close to everything.
