Patriot Ranch
A private 8-acre country retreat just minutes from Camp Lejeune and 25 minutes from the beach. With a pool, hot tub, fire pit, basketball and volleyball courts, stocked pond, and wide-open space, it's built to host gatherings big and small under wide country skies.
Event capacity: Up to 60 guests
Event fee: $750 in addition to the nightly rate
The Fun House
A fully renovated coastal home with a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of space inside and out. Tucked away in a peaceful Swansboro setting, it's the perfect blend of privacy and play for any celebration.
Event capacity: Up to 25 guests
Event fee: $500 in addition to the nightly rate
Intracoastal Duplex
A waterfront estate with two connected homes, two private docks, and 216 feet of Intracoastal frontage. With dual hot tubs, saltwater swim access, and room to spread out indoors and out, it's built for celebrations with a view.
Event capacity: Up to 25 guests
Event fee: $750 in addition to the nightly rate

Event bookings are reviewed personally by our family. We recommend reserving 4 to 6 weeks ahead, with a refundable security deposit and a flat event fee added to your nightly rate.

Every event booking is approved by our family directly. No instant book, no surprises on either side.
Book and Plan Together.
Once approved, you'll confirm the home at the nightly rate plus the flat event fee. We'll share vendor tips and stay close in the lead-up to your day.
